What is the cancellation or seat transfer policy?
Due to strictly limited seating (capped at 50 seats for 1-on-1 stage coaching), masterclass registrations are non-refundable upon confirmation. However, if an emergency arises, you can: 1) Transfer your seat to a friend or colleague with 48 hours advance notice via email or WhatsApp; or 2) Convert 100% of your ticket fee into a credit valid for 12 months towards any future masterclass or private coaching session, under our official Terms & Booking Policy. In the extraordinary event that the workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizer, 100% of registrations paid are refunded within 48 business hours.
