- Standard Lead Time: 2 to 4 months in advance (3 to 6 months for Dubai peak season and international destination weddings).
- Formal Proposal: Bespoke proposal delivered within 6 hours.
- Deposit: 50% booking deposit confirms date reservation; balance due on or before event day.
- Rescheduling: Flexible date rescheduling without penalty subject to calendar availability; 100% of deposits credited for up to 12 months.
- Force Majeure & Provider Guarantee: In the extraordinary event of provider cancellation or emergency incapacitation, a 100% immediate refund of all monies paid is issued within 48 business hours, or a vetted professional substitute of equal seniority is provided with client consent. Client force majeure date changes receive 100% deposit credit under the 12-Month Credit Guarantee.
- Workshop Policy: Strictly capped at 50 seats; non-refundable upon confirmation. Seats can be transferred with 48 hours notice, or 100% of fee converted to credit valid for 12 months. In the event of organizer rescheduling or provider cancellation, all ticket fees are 100% refunded within 48 business hours or transferred to the rescheduled date at the attendee's choice.
